A scientific periodical of the Faculty of Law, University Merdeka Malang, which includes a variety of research in the field of law, or the analysis of actual case studies, or ideas related to the actual law. Scientific periodical is intended as a means of scientific communication and a means of fostering, developing and strengthening knowledge in the field of law. Academics, legal practitioners, or anyone interested in the field of law may submit his papers to the editor with the guidelines in writing. Editors reserve the right to hold a revision of the article without changing its substance. Authors are fully responsible for the substance and originality of writing. This scientific periodical published premiered in October 1996 under the name "Pandecta" Pandecta” Jurnal Ilmu Hukum. Since December 2010 changed its name to "Jurnal Cakrawala Hukum" and the year of issue two (2) times, ie every month in June and December. Began publication in December 2014 using a new ISSN, namely 2356-4962 and the volume of the original 19 turns into Volume 5. Journal of Cakrawala Hukum since edition 11 number 1 2020 published 4 months, namely in April, August and December. |
