Journal of Indonesian Legal Studies (JILS) is a peer-reviewed journal published two times a year by Master of Legal Science, Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Semarang. JILS intended to be the journal for publishing articles reporting of result of result on law both empirical or normative study, especially in the context of contemporary issues of law. The various topics includes, but no limited to, criminal law, administrative law, agrarian law, economic law, human right law, anti-terrorism law, capital market law, maritime law, and diplomatic law in the framework of Indonesia legal system. |
